Due to the global challenges due to our current situation brought by COVID-19, Shipping and delivery time accuracy are highly affected. Customers are expected to experience a slight delay in transit time. We, at Sunbright, are doing the best effort we can to keep such trouble to a minimum.
Order Process
Upon checking out, all purchases are processed within the day and take 2-3 days to complete. All orders placed on weekends and holidays are expected to experience a slight delay.
NOTE: SUNBRIGHT operates during normal working hours and office days. Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5 pm.
Standard Transit Time
Sunbright operates and ships products internationally. We mainly ship products to Unite States, Canada, Australia, and more. You can contact our customer support hotline or email us so we can identify if we can do product shipping in your area.
Parcel Shipping
5 – 15 business days for areas including United States, Canada, & Australia.
Australia: 5 – 15 Business Days
Order outside listed areas MIGHT take more than 15 – 45 days to receive from the day of purchase.
Note: All timeframes are only estimates. There are some cases where delivery might be delayed or earlier than posted.
PO Box / APO/FPO Addresses
SUNBRIGHT currently do no ship to P.o. Box Addresses
APO/FPO addresses should have “US Armed Forces” selected as the country and city as APO, FPO, or DPO to ensure correct routing.
Order Tracking
Customers can track their orders using the tracking number provided by SUNBRIGHT or inquire about your parcel status by calling us so we can give you the more detailed information.
Shipping Cost
All SUNBRIGHT automotive tools are offered with free shipping. However, there are specific occasions where free shipping does not apply. You can contact us so we can further assist you regarding shipping costs.
For returning products, all items will undergo a standard investigation to determined whether the product returning shipping fee will be shouldered by SUNBRIGHT or the customers.
Shipping Restrictions
For areas with delivery/shipping restrictions, you can contact our customer support first before placing your orders. This is to identify if we can ship orders to your location
Express Shipping
For express shipping requests, we encourage you to request such a matter within 24 hours upon placing your orders. All expedite requests made on weekends and holidays will not be accepted.
Change Shipping Address
SUNBRIGHT encourages all customers to double shipping addresses and other information before checkout. This is to avoid hassles and delays.
Changing shipping addresses/es are accepted within 24 hours upon placing the order. Once the shipment is in process, we can’t modify the address. Customers will have to wait until products are received on their initial address input.
Sales Taxes
SUNBRIGHT collects sales taxes and other necessary fees associated as required by the law. Depending on the destination of the parcel, customers will shoulder sales taxes unless collected upon checkout or pre-paid by the customer.
Delivered Status but not Received
For orders that products delivery was successful and not received, immediately contact SUNBRIGHT customer support so we can investigate the said matter.
Reported Lost Products
If your products are not received after 2 days of the posted delivery date, you can contact SUNBRIGHT so we can take action to your concerns immediately.
Give us at least 1 – 3 days to process the situation and we will be contacting you regarding the delivery update.
